At EVM Jewelers, every piece is crafted and selected with care. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.

Order Lead Time

Store Credit & Exchanges Only

We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to provide store credit or an exchange within 14 days of your purchase or delivery date.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All original packaging, certificates, and receipts must be included.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Once approved, a store credit will be issued for the purchase amount (excluding shipping, taxes, and any processing fees) or you may exchange the item for another piece of equal or greater value.

Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable and final sale:

  • Custom or special orders
  • Engraved or personalized jewelry
  • Resized or altered pieces
  • Gift cards and clearance items
